A great experience with Mark and his team. I did a five tour tour from Calabar into the mountains to visit the Drill Ranch at Afi wildlife sanctuary. It was not an easy trip at times due to road conditions but Mark ensured we got there and had a great time. Afi is an amazing place full of people doing important work with drills, chimpanzees and other wildlife. The place is as remote as it gets and unfortunately currently under threat from illegal logging. The scenery is stunning, with mist shrouded rainforest and echoes with the sounds of monkeys and apes waking you up in the morning. Special places like this may be tough to get to but absolutely rewarding once you do. Thanks again to Mark's team for their experience, patience and hard work! If you are looking to organise trips to remote parts of Nigeria I would definitely recommend Motley. Not only were they great in the field but very responsive and forthcoming with information beforehand while planning.
