We will pick you up on arrival at the Margaret Ekpo International Airport, Calabar. There are two hubs to fly into Calabar which include the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos and the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. From the airport, you will be taken to the Transcorp hotel for check-in and other activities to welcome you into Calabar.

Take a well deserved rest and later in the evening, join other tourists who have come from other parts of the country in a pool hangout (Black Tie Event), where you all get to familiarize and set the mood for the activities of the next day. Day 2
Calabar
Experience Calabar & All White Party

Wake up in the serene, luxury environment overlooking the heart of Calabar. You can opt for a coordinated aerobic session at the gymnasium with other tourists. This should work you up for the days activities. It is a brief session, after which you freshen up and head to the restaurant for breakfast.

After breakfast, you will join other tourists to explore the Marina resort where the fun and excitement of Christmas is charged with several activities happening simultaneously. First of it will be the visit to the Slave history museum, where you are taken through the harrowing experiences of men and women who lived during the time. This is an emotional experience that touches your heart and possibly makes you view humanity from a different perspective and better living.

Next will be a boat cruise (Ad-on) to the Twin Island. A place where the killing of twins was brought to an end in Nigeria by Mary Slessor. While on the boat cruise, you will catch a glimpse of the floating station on the lagoon as the gentle breeze blows around you. The views on the lagoon sure encapsulates your thoughts.

After spending time at the resort and having lunch (Ad-on) by the lagoon, it will be time to explore the Drill ranch. This is where endangered drill monkeys are kept, raised before being transferred into the wild. The drill monkeys are the second closest to human after the gorilla. Its quite an interesting experience. You may wish to donate a token towards the upkeep and sustenance of the project driven by a private conservationist.

The day should be far spent by now and it will be time to retire for the evening activity at the hotel to further make you relax and have a recap of the days activities.
